What I Do
Where strategy meets execution
A golf-industry career — from head golf professional to national brand wholesale and distribution — connecting merchandising, eCommerce, and key accounts to the numbers.
01
Key Accounts & Wholesale
Own B2B relationships end to end — green-grass accounts, co-branded programs, EDI and order flow, and the pipeline that keeps them growing.
02
Merchandising Strategy
Vendor negotiations, assortment curation, inventory and demand planning that align supply with what customers actually buy.
03
Order & Supply Operations
Own the order lifecycle end to end — EDI, 3PL fulfillment, returns, and available-to-ship inventory — keeping major accounts stocked and shipping on time.
04
Go-to-Market & Events
Trade-show launches, brand activations, and partnership campaigns — from PGA Show floors (buyer in 2015; WMG booth 2024–2025) to co-branded programs with major names.
05
AI & Automation
Built an AI-powered tool — where reps once just had to know — that turns raw NetSuite exports into prioritized action-item callouts, flagging at-risk orders 60–90 days out so fixes land before customers feel them. Proactive, not reactionary. (This site was built with AI, too.)
Mint Green Group · Promoted from Inside Sales Support (U.S.)
Primary focus on Nike Golf — Mint Green's largest brand — while supporting the wider portfolio (Converse, ’47, and more).
Built an AI-powered tool where none existed — the process had relied on reps figuring it out ad hoc — that mines NetSuite order data to flag at-risk accounts (backorders, dropped styles, delays) 60–90 days ahead, replacing them before they reach customers.
That proactive approach earned the promotion; now scaling a key-accounts book of business from ~$3M toward $20M+.
Own the order lifecycle — reviewing and releasing orders, advising on available-to-ship inventory, sourcing replacement styles, and securing customer approvals to keep shipments on time.
Manage EDI, 3PL fulfillment coordination, and returns (reconciling records and invoices); support executives with sales reporting and Excel analysis.
2023 — 2025William Murray Golf · Hybrid
Wholesale Sales Manager
William Murray Golf · Golf & lifestyle apparel from Bill Murray & his brothers
Worked directly with the Murray brothers throughout — serving as a handler for Bill Murray and partnering with the family on brand strategy, feedback, and counsel.
Led wholesale & merchandising across green-grass accounts, co-branded programs, and the NuOrder B2B portal; led WMG's 2024 and 2025 PGA Merchandise Show presence.
At a scrappy startup, built the wholesale motion from the ground up — a self-built Excel CRM that landed new accounts and ran the pipeline.
Pitched national, regional, and local brand partners and worked in the field to support co-branded activations (Tito's Handmade Vodka, ESPN talent).
2015 — 2023Arcis Golf · On-site
Director of Merchandise & eCommerce Promoted
Arrowhead Golf Club (Arcis Golf) · Promoted from Golf Operations Manager
Rose from running tournaments as Golf Operations Manager to leading Arrowhead's entire retail operation — staff, regular clientele, promotions, marketing, and market research; first walked the PGA Merchandise Show as a buyer in 2015.
Grew the golf shop to ~$1M in annual sales through up-sell & cross-sell tactics, new brand assortments, and a self-built online ordering system.
Curated premium assortments (Adidas, Nike, Under Armour, TaylorMade) and destination bundles like the "Red Rocks Package" — lifting average order value 30% and digital sales 50% YoY.
2008 — 2014White Oaks CC · On-site
Head Golf Professional Promoted
White Oaks Country Club · Newfield, NJ · Worked up from outside service
Worked up from an outside-service role to Head Golf Professional over six years — with stints across membership, pro shop, and back office.
Directed operations, merchandising, and member services for a semi-private, daily-fee club.
Doubled membership from 300 to 600 in just two years by repositioning pricing and offerings against competing clubs.
Brands & Partners
Names I've helped grow
15+ years working alongside the brands that define golf, apparel, and lifestyle retail.
Plus partnership activations with ESPN talent and co-branded programs across the golf calendar.
Open to full-time, fractional, and consulting roles in sales, merchandising, and key accounts — with experience across U.S. and Canadian golf, apparel, and lifestyle brands.
Off the clock, you'll find Kevin on the golf course, playing video games, traveling — recently Japan — or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles & Phillies.
